ArcPay SG is an AI-powered invoicing and financial management platform built specifically for Singapore small and medium businesses. We automate the work that eats up a finance team's week — reading invoices, tracking GST, matching payments to the bank, chasing receivables, and keeping the books reconciliation-ready.

Why we built it

Most accounting tools were designed for somewhere else and bolted on Singapore support afterwards. ArcPay starts from the local reality: GST at the prevailing rate, IRAS reporting, PayNow as the default way to get paid, and ACRA-registered entities. The result is software that speaks Singapore out of the box, instead of asking you to work around assumptions made for another market.

Who it's for

Singapore SMEs across F&B, retail, professional services, construction, and logistics — typically 1 to 50 employees. Chartered accountancy firms also use ArcPay to manage their clients' books from a single place.

How we think about AI

AI does the heavy lifting, but you stay in control. Extracted data and AI suggestions — categorisation, matches, anomaly flags — are always shown for review before anything is saved or filed. Your data is processed under our enterprise agreement with Anthropic and is not used to train AI models. ArcPay is an accounting tool, not a financial institution: we never hold, move, or intermediate funds.
