Numbers you can hand to your accountant.
ArcPay is the AI finance team for Singapore SMEs. What makes it worth running your books on is not the module list — it is that every figure traces to the document that produced it, every AI action is decided by a person, and a gap is shown as a gap.
Three promises, and the mechanism behind each.
Anyone can say “accurate”. These are the three rules ArcPay is built to keep, and how each one is kept.
Every figure traces to a document.
Open any number and ArcPay shows the invoice or bank line behind it, the journal entries it posted, and the file it was read from — not a description of the calculation, the records themselves.
See the Evidence TrailThe AI proposes. A person decides.
Nothing the AI suggests reaches your books or your customers on its own. It writes a proposal and stops; a human accepts it, and execution runs through the same approval path a person would have used.
How approvals workA gap is shown as a gap.
When the books cannot support a figure, ArcPay prints a dash and says why. It never fills the hole with S$0.00, an estimate, or a number derived from a rate — least of all on something you sign.
Why the GST F5 is an exportHow that shows up day to day.
The same three rules, in the places you actually work.
AI Invoice Extraction
Forward any PDF invoice. Vendor, amount, GST and due date are read for you — then confirmed by you before anything is paid.
PayNow In, Payments Recorded
A PayNow QR on every invoice you send. Supplier payments are made from your own bank and recorded here — ArcPay never moves money or stores bank credentials.
Approval Workflows
Multi-level rules before any payment leaves. Every decision is recorded with who, when and on what.
Xero Two-Way Sync
Bills created, payments marked, GST tagged — in Xero automatically. Keep your books where your accountant expects them.
AR Automation
Send PayNow invoice links, then let the reminder ladder chase politely — email reminders and a one-tap WhatsApp share.
GST F5 Ready
GST is recorded on each invoice and bill as you enter it, so filing quarter is an export rather than a reconstruction.
Questions, answered.
What does "traceable" mean in practice?
Click a figure and ArcPay shows the records behind it: the invoice or bank line, the journal entries it posted with their account codes, and the source file it was extracted from. It is the underlying records, not a written explanation of them — which is the difference between checking a number and being told it is right.
Can the AI move money or email my customers on its own?
No. The AI can only write a proposal and stop. A person accepts it, and the action then runs through the same path a person would have used — the approval rules, the sending route, the ledger write. There is no route by which a model posts to your books or sends to your customer without someone accepting first.
What happens when ArcPay cannot work a figure out?
It shows a dash and tells you why. It does not print S$0.00, and it does not estimate. That matters most on documents you sign: where a GST F5 box cannot be supported by what was actually recorded, the box is left blank rather than filled with a plausible number.
Do I have to move off Xero?
No. Keep Xero as your books — ArcPay syncs bills, payments and GST tags into it two ways and runs on top. Your accountant carries on working where they already do.
